EaseeDo Terms of Service

Thank you for using EaseeDo. We at EaseeDo Limited (`We`, `Us`, `Our`), are very pleased to be able to provide you with the EaseeDo service, website and mobile applications (‘EaseeDo’ or `Service`).

Acceptance

These Terms of Service (‘Terms’) govern your use of and interaction with EaseeDo. Our Privacy Policy explains how your personal information is collected, stored and used by EaseeDo. By using the Service, you are agreeing to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you are agreeing to these Terms on behalf of that organisation.

Security

We have made efforts to make EaseeDo safe to use. To maintain safety, you agree to keep your personal and contact information up to date.

You further agree not to:

• provide any false information
• create more than one account per individual
• use the Service if you are on the sex offenders register
• share your login details or let anyone else access your account
• create an account for any person other that yourself, except under the conditions of section ‘Supervision & Age Limit’

If your account is removed or suspended by us, you shall not create a new account without our permission.

Rules

We want EaseeDo to be a positive experience for everyone, to help with this you agree not to:

• use EaseeDo for unsolicited commercial communications
• use EaseeDo for any marketing or advertising
• upload viruses or other malicious code
• solicit login information or access an account belonging to someone else
• intimidate, bully or harass any user
• make content that identifies an individual without their express consent, or in the case of a minor, the consent of their parent or guardian
• make content that: is offensive, abusive, threatening or pornographic; incites violence; or contains graphic or gratuitous violence
• use EaseeDo to do anything illegal, misleading, malicious or discriminatory
• take any action that could disable, impair or degrade the appearance or function of EaseeDo
• upload any material which infringes the rights of Us or any third party

Supervision & Age limit

EaseeDo provides an option for ‘Supervised Accounts’ (an account for an individual created and controlled within another individual’s account). Supervised Accounts may only be created for someone if you are that person’s parent, guardian or carer, or have the permission of the person or their parent, guardian or carer.

Any person under 16 years of age may only use the Service with a Supervised Account.

Your Content

Content created or uploaded by you (‘Your Content’) remains the intellectual property of you, or the rightful owner, and you grant us a royalty-free worldwide licence, subject to your sharing setting, to use, copy and sub-licence Your Content in provision of the Service. You are responsible for ensuring any content you upload will not infringe the rights of any third party.

Sharing Your Content

EaseeDo allows you to share Your Content with other EaseeDo users. By sharing Your Content, you grant those users a royalty-free worldwide licence, subject to your sharing settings, to use, copy, modify and sub-licence Your Content. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to grant such license on the content you share. If you later delete or change the sharing setting for Your Content, copies made by other users, during the time they had licence to make copies, will still exist on EaseeDo.

Abusive Content

Any reports of abuse or abusive content will be taken very seriously. In the event of any such report, your content may be reviewed by us, or a competent authority.

Our Content

All intellectual property made available through our Service, except Your Content, is owned or licensed by us (‘Our Content’).

We grant you non-transferable, limited license to use, and share, Our Content in order to use the Service in the way it’s intended and designed to be used. No other use of Our Content is permitted.

Subscriptions

To use some features of EaseeDo a paid subscription is required. To start a paid subscription, you must provide a valid and accepted payment method (‘Payment Method’). By signing up for a subscription you authorise us to make regular charges to your Payment Method. Charges will be made at the beginning of each subscription. At the end of a subscription, it will automatically renew for the duration specified in the subscription settings, and your Payment Method charged for the appropriate subscription cost, until you cancel your subscription. Should you change subscription duration in the settings after a subscription has begun, the change is applied the next time the subscription is automatically renewed.

Free trial

Your subscription may begin with a free trial period. The free trial period will be specified during the sign-up. Free trials are intended for first time subscribers only. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to determine your eligibility to a free trial.

A Payment Method is not required to start a free trial, and you may provide one at any time during your free trial period, at your discretion. If you provide a Payment Method before your free trial ends, your paid subscription will begin automatically at the end of your free trial, unless cancelled before the end of the free trial. If no payment method is provided your subscription will be automatically cancelled at the end of the free trial period.

You will receive a reminder, by email, towards the end of your free trial period if you have not provided a payment method. Otherwise, you will not receive any notification that the free trial period has ended and your paid subscription begun.

Cancellation

By you. You may cancel your subscription or account at any time.

• Paid subscription. You may cancel a paid subscription from the account page on the EaseeDo website. Once you have instructed us to cancel a paid subscription, no further payments will be charged for that subscription. Access to the paid subscription services will continue until the end of the current subscription period, at which time your subscription will not automatically renew.
• Account. You may cancel your entire EaseeDo account from the account page on the EaseeDo website. Any active subscriptions to EaseeDo paid services that are managed from your account will be automatically cancelled with your account cancelation.

By us. We reserve the right to cancel, suspend or delete your account at any time at our discretion and without notice.

No refunds. Payments are non-refundable. If you cancel a subscription, that subscription will not renew at the end of the current subscription period, and the subscription service will still be available until the end of the current subscription period, except if you have opted for immediate deletion of your entire account.

Liability

We strive to keep EaseeDo available, functional and safe, however we can’t make any guarantee. YOU AGREE TO USE EASEEDO AT YOUR OWN RISK. EASEEDO LIMITED PROVIDES EASEEDO AS IS, WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THAT EASEEDO WILL WORK FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, BE AVAILABLE OR WORK PERFECTLY. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EASEEDO LIMITED, ITS OFFICERS, SHAREHOLDERS, DIRECTORS OR EMPLOYEES, SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF EASEEDO, OR ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED FROM EASEEDO.

Unsolicited Information

Please do not send any unsolicited communication containing ideas or suggestions for EaseeDo. Any communication of such nature, containing confidential or proprietary information, will be destroyed. Any other information shall be considered as owned by us.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by Guernsey Law. Any legal matters or disputes arising from or in connection with EaseeDo will be subject to the laws and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Bailiwick of Guernsey. Waiver

Any failure by us to enforce a provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not be a waiver of that provision which may be enforced later.

Changes

From time to time we may make changes to these Terms, the most current version will be available on the website. In the event that we make changes you will be notified by email. By continuing to use EaseeDo after changes are made, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

Mobile Device & Internet access

You are responsible for providing and maintaining the mobile devices, computer hardware and software you use access the Service. You are also responsible for all cost associated with those devices, including internet access, data usage, etc. Device requirement & compatibility advice can be found in our help documentation; however, no guarantee can be made that the Service will work with any individual device.

Geographic restrictions

It is our intention to provide EaseeDo in many geographic regions, a list of regions in which we provide our Service at any time can be found in our help documentation. To use EaseeDo your normal place of residence and billing address must be within one of the regions we provide the Service. You may continue to access our Service outside the listed regions provided you are visiting temporarily and no local laws are infringed. If you permanently move to a region where we do not provide our Service you must suspend your account and stop using the Service.
